The World Strongman Federation, World Cup visits DNEPROPETROVSK in the Ukraine for its next competition on the 15th July.

The competition will be held over 5 gruelling events:

• Medley: Farmers walk  160kg each hand over  25 meters, Tyre Flips – 400 kg, 6 times;

• Loglift 150 kg for reps, time limit 60 sec;

• Super Yoke: 410 kg, 25 m;

• Dumbell: 95 kg for reps, time of 75 sec;

• Manhood Stone: 185 kg  to a height of 135 cm, time 60 sec.
